Warranty Period

R.W.FLAME’s household appliances and accessories come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original owner and the original product.

Repair and Replacement Details (Covered by the Warranty)

  • Repairs or replacements will be conducted based on the specific malfunction.
  • Parts that can be repaired or replaced include, but are not limited to, the display screen, motherboard, etc.
  • All replaced parts or units will be brand new.
  • Replaced parts or the entire machine will continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period of the original order.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to the designated repair facility. R.W.FLAME will cover repair costs and shipping costs back to the buyer.

  2. The warranty card serves as a guarantee for free repairs within the specified warranty and does not limit consumers' statutory rights.
  3. When requesting warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice. The request date must be within the registered warranty period.

Conditions Not Covered by the Warranty

  • Issues related to consumable parts, easily worn parts, or glass products specified at the time of purchase are not covered by this warranty. Users may purchase replacement parts from the official website and refer to instructional videos for self-repair.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the "User Manual" and "Technical Specifications Sheet" or due to improper maintenance, such as connecting to an incompatible power supply, using unauthorized accessories, incorrect installation, lack of proper maintenance, and parts being blocked by limescale.
  • Damage caused by using the product for industrial or commercial purposes.
  • Normal wear and aging of the product that do not affect its normal use.
  • Damage caused by shipping issues during the replacement or repair process.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, sudden accidents, abnormal voltage).
  • Products purchased or used outside of North America.
