4-Burner Propane Gas Grill 304 Stainless Steel 42000 BTU with Side Burner

Ok, the minus one star is not because of the unit, but customer service. This BBQ was extremely well packaged. It took me an hour to get it out of the box. There was a metal frame on the inside of the box that went completely around the styrofoam. It had some bent pieces, at first I thought it was part of the unit, then realized it was to protect the product… good call! It is a beautiful unit, it went together well, but it didn’t happen in 50 minutes, like the instructions said, try 1 hour & 50 minutes. The instruction manual was taped to the bottom of the unit. It tore in half when I went to get it off. I texted RW Flame for a new manual, this is where customer service sucks. They wanted pictures of the box, unit, broken piece & shipping label. I explained it was just the manual, and would like a replacement. They refused! Stated they didn’t have anymore and could only sent me a computer printed copy. With spending this much money on a product, you would think a paper manual replacement wouldn’t be a big deal. It was packaged incorrectly, that’s why it was ripped. So minus one star for the lazy customer service rep. 5 stars for the BBQ, Steve

The grill went together easy however it doesn’t seem to heat to a temperature over 550°. I don’t know if it’s the grill or possibly the gas tank that I have. Overall, the grill is hard to keep clean. It is all stainless steel.

Best grill purchase I've made! The cooking surface is perfect for our family gatherings. I can grill burgers on the main grates while keeping buns warm on the warming rack. Assembly took about 90 minutes but instructions were clear.

the flame, not really heating. Lid is disappointingly lightweight. Stainless is of good quality, as it polishes nicely. Love the pizza stone! Barbecue was easy to assemble. Generally satisfied, but is lighter weight than I had hoped.
